Siprosa Rabach Profile
Mrs. Rabach joined Undugu from the development wing of the Africa Inland Church (AIC) where she served for four years as Programme Manager of a Technical Vocational Education and Training Program. In this capacity she coordinated the establishment of 5 vocational training centres in three provinces of Kenya and the capacity building of various stakeholders including business mentorship for young entrepreneurs.
Previously she worked with an organization called Jamii Bora Trust where she was in charge of a program on the empowerment of street families and youth development. She has also worked with Winrock International and The Aga Khan Foundation.
Mrs. Rabach brings to Undugu a wealth of experience in proposal development, fundraising, implementation of whole project cycles, donor relations, collaboration with government bodies, project evaluations and human resource management. Having been in charge of over 80 staff members previously, Mrs. Rabach is highly experienced in staff supervision. She currently serves as the chairperson of Sahaya Deaf Kenya and as a trustee of the School of Mentoring Business Entrepreneurs (SOMBE).
Mrs. Rabach’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
